    [摘要] 目的 分析三脑室后部肿瘤的治疗情况。 方法 回顾性分析2010年7月～2012年10月首都医科大学三博脑科医院收治的56例三脑室后部肿瘤患者的临床表现及治疗情况。 结果 56例患者中，50例采用手术治疗，6例采用试验放疗+化疗的治疗方法。手术患者中，全切41例，部分及大部切除9例。肿瘤的病理以生殖细胞肿瘤多见，其中以混合生殖细胞瘤及畸胎瘤多见。 结论 采用手术及试验放疗+化疗的治疗方式，使三脑室后部肿瘤症状改善及术后近期生存方面受益明显。

    [Abstract] Objective To analyze the treatment of tumors in the posterior of the third ventricle. Methods The clinical manifestations and treatment of 56 patients with tumors in the posterior of the third ventricle treated in Sanbo Brain Hospital， Capital Medical University from July 2010 to October 2012 were analyzed retrospectively. Results Among 56 patients， 50 cases were treated by surgery， while in 6 cases treated by experimental radiotherapy + chemotherapy. Among the surgical patients， 41 cases had total resection， 9 cases had partial and subtotal resection. The pathology of the tumors usually appeared germ cell tumors， the most common of which were the mixture of germ cell tumors and teratomas. Conclusion Both the surgical and the experimental radiotherapy + chemotherapy for tumors in the posterior of the third ventricle are evidently beneficial to the improvement of symptoms and the short-term survival. ......
