    [摘要] 目的 整理和分析针灸治疗冠心病被引用率排名前100位的期刊论文，为其临床实践和科学研究提供参考。 方法 收集1950年1月～2016年10月CNKI、Web of Science、万方数据库中关于针灸治疗冠心病引用率前100位的论文，对其发表杂志、论文题目、作者、国家地区、出版年份、引用次数、论文类型、研究设计进行分析总结。 结果 100篇论文的引用率为15～154次，平均引用率为36次，发表于48本杂志；中国(n=84)和美国(n=11)论文数最多，中国中医科学院(原中国中医研究院)针灸研究所与美国加州大学尔湾分校以9篇并列第一；论文类型以临床研究为主(n=49)，其中涉及中医辨证13篇(占26.53%)，辨证组穴9篇(占18.37%)，单穴取穴17篇(占34.69%)。 结论 论文引用率分析结果表明，针灸治疗冠心病周期长，近十年论文数量及质量有所上升，但平均引用率不高。该领域的研究以中国学者为主，近几年国外研究也逐渐增加。设计方面以临床研究为主，但临床研究尚缺乏统一标准。
