    [摘要] 天麻素片剂、注射剂等传统制剂的生物利用度和脑靶向性低，临床给药剂量大且给药频繁，患者耐受性差。天麻素速释、缓控释及鼻腔给药等新制剂的研究开发，为解决临床给药过程中存在的缺陷，提高药物的生物利用度及脑靶向性提供了新的理论支持和技术支撑。

    [Abstract] The large dosage and frequent use of Gastrodin traditional preparation with low bioavailability and brain targeting has led to poor patient tolerance. Research and development of quick release， controlled release and intranasal drug delivery system of Gastrodin provide theoretical and technical support for improving the bioavailability and brain targeting of drug， so as to solve the problems in clinic medication.
