    [摘要] 食管癌是消化系统中最常见的恶性肿瘤之一，具有高发病率，高侵袭性以及预后差等特点。过去大量的研究发现多重因素增加了食管癌的发病风险。这些因素主要包括吸烟酗酒、不合理的饮食、巴雷斯特食管症和基因突变等。本文将对这些因素是诱导食管癌发生的机制进行深入的探讨。

    [Abstract] Esophagus cancer is a common malignent tumor in digestive system， with characteristics of high incident， high invasive capacity and poor prognosis. Numerous researches find that tumorigenesis of esophagus cancer is the results of various factors， including smoking， alcohol abuse， unhealth diet， Barretts esophagus disease and gene mutation. This review discusses mechanisms by which these factors induce the tumorigenesis in detail. ......
