    [摘要] 伴随着京津冀协同发展，该地区人口异地就医的需求日益提高。本研究以农村居民为例，通过分析京津冀地区农村居民的基本医保制度与异地就医结报现状，探讨当前影响该地区人口异地就医即时结报的统筹层次、信息标准、结报模式等問题，从而提出加快推进京津冀地区人口异地就医即时结报的系统化建议。
