    [摘要] 目的 调查质子泵抑制剂在外科患者中的使用情况并分析其用药合理性，以促进临床合理用药。方法 通过医院信息系统统计桂林市人民医院(以下简称“我院”)外科病区2016年1～6月住院患者质子泵抑制剂的使用情况，计算各品种用药频度(DDDs)、限定日费用(DDC)等，另按ID号每个月随机抽取100份病历，评价其合理性。结果 我院外科患者中用药频度和使用金额最多的是注射用奥美拉唑。600份病历中，预防应激性溃疡病历458份，占比76.3%；其中无预防用药指证的病历307份。不合理情况主要有用药途径不当、溶媒选择错误、给药时机不适宜、疗程过长等。结论 外科系统质子泵抑制剂使用存在较多不合理现象，需加强用药监管和干预，提升合理用药水平。

    Investigation and analysis of clinical application of proton pump inhibitors in surgical patients of our hospital

    [Abstract] Objective To investigate the use of proton pump inhibitors in surgical patients and analyze its rationality in order to promote rational drug use. Methods The statistics of the PPIs in the surgical ward belonged to the People′s Hospital of Guilin City (our hospital for short) was collected by information system during January and June 2016.
