    [摘要] 柴胡是临床上应用十分广泛的中药，对发热、消化系统疾病、抑郁症、癌症等多种疾病均有着十分显著的疗效。柴胡与西药联合应用，不仅可以提高单纯使用西药的疗效，还可以规避西药的某些副作用及不良反应。但目前还未能发掘出柴胡的全部药理作用，对于柴胡的作用机制也无确切定论。本文对现阶段柴胡预防与治疗肝损伤、慢性胃炎、抑郁症、发热以及肿瘤等疾病的研究成果进行了简述的回顾，并对其进行分析及总结，为柴胡应用的进一步开发奠定基础。

    [Abstract] As a Chinese medicine， Bupleurum is widely used in clinical application. It has a notable curative effect on fever， digestive system diseases， depression， cancer and other diseases. Combined with western medicine， Bupleurum can not only increase the curative efficacy， but also avoid the side effects adverse reactions of the single using Western medicine. At present， the whole pharmacological action of the Bupleurum has not been explored entirely. In addition， a definite conclusion about the mechanisms of Bupleurum is still not established. Briefly review the research results of this paper on the current stage of Bupleurum prevention and treatment of liver injury， chronic gastritis， depression， fever， tumor and other diseases， laying the foundation for the further development of the application of bupleurum. ......
