    [摘要] 目的 探討体重指数(BMI)对择期腹腔镜胆囊切除术围术期患者体温的影响。 方法 选取2014年3月～2016年5月内蒙古医科大学附属医院手术科室100例术前无用药史的行择期腹腔镜胆囊切除术围术期患者为研究对象，依据BMI指数分为4组，即组Ⅰ(n=25)：BMI 0.05)。与组Ⅰ患者比较，组Ⅲ及组Ⅳ患者出现血管收缩时间更晚，且阈值更高，差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。 结论 麻醉状态下，BMI高的患者较BMI低的患者更有利于稳定中心体温，从而消除麻醉对于体温的不良影响。

    [Abstract] Objective To discuss the influence of body mass index (BMI) on the body temperature during the perioperative period of laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Methods 100 patients in Surgical Department， the Affiliated Hospital of Inner Mongolia Medical University scheduled to undergo laparoscopic cholecystectomy with no premedication were included in the study from March 2014 to May 2016. The patients were divided into 4 groups according to BMI， group Ⅰ (n=25)： BMI<25 kg/m2； group Ⅱ (n=25)： 25 kg/m2≤BMI<40 kg/m2； group Ⅲ (n=25)： 40 kg/m2≤BMI<50 kg/m2； group Ⅳ (n=25)： BMI≥50 kg/m2.
