    [摘要] 随着现代药剂学的快速发展，传统药剂实验课程已无法满足现代化的综合药学人才的培养需求。为此，本研究提出课程优化以培养与时俱进的综合型药学人才为目标，对传统药剂实验课程进行改革，突出以高影响因子论文为案例的前沿实验课程以及融合药学多学科内容的综合开放性实验课程。结果发现，优化后的药剂实验课发挥了学生的主观能动性和学习潜力，提高了学生的学习能力，达到了培养与时俱进综合型药学人才的目的。

    [Abstract] Traditional pharmaceutical experimental course is far behind the rapid development of modern pharmacy， which can not meet the demand of modern comprehensive pharmaceutical talents cultivation. Therefore， the artical proposes the goal of optimization of courses as cultivating comprehensive pharmaceutical talents keep pace with the times， reforms traditional medicament experiment course， highlights pioneering experiments course with high impact factor paper as a case and comprehensive opening experiment courses with integrated multidisciplinary pharmacy contents.
