    [摘要] 党建活动是构建社会主义和谐社会的核心，2016年党中央在全党范围内组织开展“两学一做”学习教育，对全体党员来说都是一次筑牢思想，强化信仰的过程。阜外医院“两学一做”党建活动注重党建和业务全面融合、共同部署，既让党建活动有处发力，又让业务工作获得了更强大的推动力。其充分运用政治、物质和精神手段发挥思想政治教育的激励作用，积极建设与医护人员密切相关的社会、单位、家庭等思想政治教育环境，引导提升医护人员思想水平和道德素质，从而实现党建活动顺利进展。
