    [摘要] 右心室功能评价作为心肺疾病诊断、治疗及预后的有效评估指标，受到了更多的关注。本文首先介绍了右心室结构和右心室功能评价的超声心动图指标；而后系统总结了临床各种疾病的右心室超声心动图特征，包括肺动脉高压和肺栓塞等肺源性心脏病，高血压、房颤、二尖瓣关闭不全等左心疾病等。右心室功能在某些疾病中是比左心功能更敏感、应用更加广泛的指标，具有重要的临床价值。

    [Abstract] Evaluation of right ventricular (RV) function， as a group of powerful evaluation indexes in the diagnosis， treatment and prognosis of heart and lung diseases， has been getting more and more attention. In this article， the structure and echocardiography indexes of RV were introduced firstly， and then the echocardiography characteristics of RV function was systematically summarized in various diseases including pulmonary heart disease (pulmonary arterial hypertension， pulmonary embolism) and left heart disease (hypertension， atrial fibrillation， and mitral regurgitation). In conclusion， RV echocardiography indexes are a group of more sensitive and more extensively used than LV function in some diseases. It indicates that the evaluation of RV function will have an important clinical value. ......
