    [摘要] 目的 探讨5-氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法(ALA-PDT)联合CO2激光治疗难治性尖锐湿疣临床效果。方法 对2011年11月～2015年11月就诊于秦皇岛市妇幼保健院皮肤科门诊的102例难治性尖锐湿疣患者进行ALA-PDT联合CO2激光治疗。根据每例患者首次就诊情况制订治疗方案：先光动力治疗再联合激光治疗；先激光治疗再联合光动力治疗；根据病情治疗中两者交替进行。记录每次治疗后不良反应、疗效等，随访6个月，观察其皮损消退情况及治愈率。 结果 102例尖锐湿疣患者经治疗后，98例疣体完全消退，治愈率达96.1%，未见明显不良反应。随访6个月，复发2例，复发率为2.0%。 结论 ALA-PDT治疗尖锐湿疣具有无法比拟的优势，具有有效、安全、无创、简便等特点，尤其适用于腔口隐蔽部位，联合CO2激光治疗，使组合利益最大化，提高治愈率。

    [Abstract] Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy of 5-aminolevulinic acid photodynamic therapy combined with CO2 laser therapy for refractory condyloma acuminatum. Methods 102 cases of patieins with refractory condyloma acuminatum in Outpatient of Dermatological Department， Qinhuangdao Maternal and Child Health Hospital from November 2011 to November 2015 were given 5-aminolevulinic acid photodynamic therapy combined with CO2 laser therapy. The therapeutic schedule was formulated according to the first clinic of patients： firsrtly given photodynamic therapy and then combined with laser treatment； firsrtly given laser treatment and then combined with photodynamic therapy； the two treatment methods conducted alternatively according to the condition.
