    [摘要] 骨牵引穿针处针孔直接与外界相通，在牵引和固定的过程中极易导致感染等并发症。为预防感染的发生，本文将归纳学者们的研究方法，从发生骨牵引患者针孔感染的危险因素及护理方式等方面进行总结，探讨不同护理方式的优缺点，现对针孔护理的研究进展综述如下。
