    [摘要] 目的 探讨支气管哮喘患者血清中miRNAs表达谱改变情况，从中发现与支气管哮喘相关的miRNAs。 方法 选择2014年8月～2015年10月在解放军四二一医院确诊的48例哮喘急性发作期患者为哮喘组，另选择同期医院体检科健康体检者40例为对照组。通过miRNA表达谱芯片技术，对两组血清中差异表达的miRNAs进行检测，筛选得到的miRNAs通过实时荧光定量RT-PCR验证。 结果 哮喘组患者血清miR-155、miR-150和miR-145的表达明显高于对照组(P < 0.05)；而miR-34b-5p的表达则明显低于对照组(P < 0.05)。 结论 支气管哮喘患者血清中miRNAs表达谱发生明显变化，提示血清miRNAs可能作为是支气管哮喘的检测指标，也可能作为未来哮喘治疗的新靶点。
