以人为本打造医院文化品牌
王静[摘要] 本文遵循“以人为本,以文化人”的管理理念,对医院文化建设中物质层文化、行为层文化、制度层文化、精神层文化等方面的建设进行阐述,明确医院文化的内涵与功能,树立正确的医院价值观,传承优秀医院文化精神,探讨医院文化建设的有效途径,力求打造“品牌医院”,增强医院核心竞争力。

[Abstract] Based on the management idea of "people-oriented, for people with the culture", this paper elaborates construction of hospital culture in the material culture, behavior culture, system culture, the function and connotation of hospital culture, in order to set up the correct values, inheriting excellent hospital cultural spirit and explore the effective way to the hospital culture construction, strive to build "brand hospital", strengthen the key competitiveness of the hospital.
