    [摘要] 助产士在保障母婴安全方面起着至关重要的作用，随着二孩政策的开放，高危孕产妇数增加，对助产士的质量和数量都提出较高要求。然而国内助产士的留职意愿不甚理想，助产士队伍整体稳定性较差，有关于助产士留职方面的研究较少。本文通过对国外助产士留职意愿的影响因素及干预措施进行综述，提出对我国助产士留职意愿有促进作用的相关启示，以期使助产士队伍满足当下二孩政策的需求，提升母婴健康。

    [Abstract] Midwives play an important role in ensuring the safety of mother and baby. With the opening of the two child policy， the number of high-risk pregnant women increased， the quality and quantity of midwives are put forward higher requirements. However， the midwives' intention is not ideal in China. The overall stability of midwives is poor， and there is less research about the retention of midwives. This paper summarizes the influential factors and intervention measures of foreign midwives' intention， puts forward some advice to promote the role of China midwives' intention， in order to meet the current two child policy needs. Finally， hope to improve the maternal and child health.
