    [摘要] 目的 研究翼状胬肉切除联合自体结膜瓣移植术后使用角膜绷带镜对于角膜上皮愈合及疼痛评分的影响。 方法 收集2015年7月～2016年7月湖州师范学院附属第一医院行翼状胬肉切除联合自体结膜瓣移植手术治疗的患者116例(116眼)，根据术后是否使用角膜绷带镜进行分组，A组60例(60眼)术后配戴角膜绷带镜1周，B组56例(56眼)不使用角膜绷带镜，采用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评价其术后2 h、1 d和1周时疼痛情况以及采用荧光素钠染色法评估术后2 h、1 d和1周时角膜上皮愈合情况。 结果 A组术后2 h、1 d和1周的VAS评分与B组比较，差异有高度统计学意义(P 0.05)。但A组术后1 d和1周时角膜上皮愈合评分与B组比较，差异有高度统计学意义(P < 0.01)。 结论 翼状胬肉切除联合自体结膜瓣移植术后配戴角膜绷带镜，可以促进角膜上皮愈合，减轻术后疼痛症状。
