    [摘要] 目的 分析江苏省医疗资源配置的公平度，发现存在的问题，提出相应的对策建议。 方法 对江苏省2011～2015年的医疗资源配置变化情况进行描述统计分析，采用泰尔指数分析医疗资源按人口配置的公平度，并计算各地区及地区间的贡献率。 结果 全省人均医疗资源量逐年增加，但存在地区分化现象；苏北地区不公平问题最严重；医疗资源配置公平度整体上有所改善，但人力资源配置明显不公。 结论 继续加大医疗卫生投入，着力解决医护比倒置问题；建立合理的人才流通机制，改善医疗人力资源配置公平度；大力发展苏北地区经济，为医疗资源投入提供财政支持；调整并优化资源配置格局，促进供需平衡。

    [Abstract] Objective To analyze the equity of health resource allocation in Jiangsu Province， find existing problems， and put forward corresponding countermeasures. Methods The changes of health resource allocation from 2011 to 2015 in Jiangsu Province were statistically described. The equity of health resources allocation in population was analyzed with Theil index， and the contribution rate among different regions and areas was calculated. Results The amount of health resources per capita increased year by year， but gaps among different areas were existed. The north of Jiangsu had more serious internal problems.
