    [摘要] 目的 检测并分析去氧穿心莲内酯的油水分配系数和大鼠肠道吸收特性。 方法 采用摇瓶法和大鼠在体肠灌流模型，运用UPLC法测定去氧穿心莲内酯的油水分配系数、化学生物稳定性及其在肠灌流液和胆汁中的含量。 结果 去氧穿心莲内酯在pH=6.5的缓冲液的油水分配系数Log P=1.45±0.12，其化学和生物稳定性均良好；在十二指肠、空肠、回肠和结肠的吸收率分别为30.29%、28.39%、22.04%和34.63%；去氧穿心蓮内酯胆汁排泄量为灌流药物总量的0.146%。 结论 去氧穿心莲内酯在大鼠的各肠段均有吸收，不同肠段吸收率无显著性差异。
