“桂枝与白芍”药对化学成分UPLC—Q/TOF—MS分析

陈永财++钱江辉++王彬辉++沙先谊[摘要] 目的 采用液質联用技术(UPLC-Q/TOF-MS)对“桂枝与白芍”药对中的化学成分进行定性分析。方法 采用Agilent 1290 UPLC和YMC-Triart C18(100 mm×2.1 mm,1.9 μm)色谱柱进行快速物质分离;流动相为乙腈-0.1%冰醋酸梯度洗脱;温度:30℃;进样量:5 μL;检测波长:254 nm;流速:0.3 mL/min;AB 5600质谱使用ESI离子源分别在正离子与负离子模式下采集数据。 结果 结合对照品确认了8个化合物,通过质谱信息与相关文献数据推测13个化学成分,对其进行成分归属。其中主要含有没食子酸、原儿茶酸等6种有机酸,芍药苷、芍药内酯苷等10种芍药总苷单萜类化合物及香豆素类成分。 结论 采用UPLC-Q/TOF-MS确定“桂枝与白芍”药对中的化学成分,为阐明“桂枝与白芍”药对的药效物质基础提供有力的证据。
