    [摘要] 透析患者的营养不良，又称为蛋白质-能量营养不良，是透析患者常见的并发症之一，与患者高住院率、死亡率以及不良预后显著相关。透析患者发生营养不良的病因已得到充分研究，包括营养物质摄入不足，透析相关的代谢及激素紊乱，透析不充分以及微炎症状态等。但目前对营养不良的治疗仍缺乏重视，治疗策略没有达成共识。本文将目前对于透析患者营养不良的评估以及治疗方面取得的最新进展进行综述。
