    [摘要] 目的 探讨补肾疏肝方治疗肾虚肝郁型复发性流产的临床效果。 方法 选取2015年7月～2016年11月在温州市中医院治疗的肾虚肝郁型复发性流产患者为研究对象。采用随机数字表法将受试者分为对照组和治疗组，对照组单用黄体酮注射液治疗，治疗组给予黄体酮注射液联合中药治疗。观察两组患者临床综合疗效、中医证候积分、孕囊最大径线、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分，以及血清人绒毛膜促性腺激素(β-HCG)和孕酮水平。 结果 治疗组总有效率为88.0%，显著高于对照组(72.0%)，差异有统计学意义(P 0.05)。 结论 补肾疏肝方可以提高肾虚肝郁型复发性流产患者的保胎成功率，改善焦虑状态，临床安全有效。
