D—900阴离子交换树脂纯化救必应中紫丁香苷工艺研究
张俏 史文静 杜文娟[摘要] 目的 研究D-900阴离子交换树脂对救必应中紫丁香苷的纯化工艺。 方法 采用高效液相色谱法和紫外分光光度法,以紫丁香苷保留率和溶液脱色率为指标,对树脂纯化条件进行考察。 结果 D-900阴离子交换树脂纯化最佳工艺为树脂重量和样品体积比为1∶5,树脂柱径高比为1∶5,上柱流速为2 BV/h,在此条件下紫丁香苷保留率达80%以上,溶液脱色率达30%以上。 结论 紫丁香苷粗分离液通过树脂纯化的工艺,简单易行。

[Abstract] Objective To research the method for purification technology of syringin in Cortex Ilicis Rotundae by D-900 resin. Methods The purification conditions of the resin were investigated by high performance liquid chromatography and ultraviolet spectrophotometry. The retention rate of syringin and the decolorization rate of the solution were investigated. Results The purification parameters of D-900 resin was as following: resin weight and sample volume ratio of 1∶5, resin column diameter and high ratio of 1∶5, adsorption velocity of 2 BV/h. The retention rate of syringin was above 80% and the decolorization rate of the solution was above 30% under these conditions. Conclusion The purification technology of syringin is simple and feasible.
