    [摘要] 目的 优化岭南特色饮片炮天雄总生物碱的提取工艺。 方法 采用响应面分析法，依据Box-Behnken原理优化炮天雄乙醇超声提取工艺，实验以总生物碱提取率为评价指标，考察提取时间、乙醇浓度、液料比等主要影响因素，最终得出炮天雄最佳提取工艺。 结果 炮天雄总生物碱最佳提取工艺为乙醇比例75%，液料比8.0，提取时间30 min，在此条件下，总生物碱提取率理论值为31.1%，实际值为32.5%。 结论 基于响应面法优化的参数条件具有较高的实用价值，可为岭南特色炮天雄的开发利用提供参考依据。

    [Abstract] Objective To optimize extraction process of total alkaloids from Lingnan featured pieces Paotianxiong by response surface method. Methods Three-variables as extraction time， ratio of material to solution and ethanol concentration， and three-levels Box-Benhnken experimental design was used to optimize the effects of independent variables on the total alkaloid extraction efficiency. Results The optimum conditions were extraction time 30 min， ratio of material to solution 8.0， and 75% ethanol concentration. Under the optimum conditions， the theoretical total alkaloid extraction rate was 31.1%， and the actual rate was 32.5%. Conclusion Response surface method is an effective methodology to optimize the total alkaloid extraction process of Lingnan featured pieces Paotianxiong. ......
