    [摘要] 目的 探討铺灸疗法治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的有效性与安全性，旨在为临床治疗提供参考依据。 方法 选取2014年1月～2016年12月秦皇岛市中医医院收治的140例糖尿病周围神经病变患者作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为两组，各70例。两组均给予常规治疗，对照组给予甲钴胺治疗，观察组在对照组治疗的基础上给予铺灸疗法治疗。治疗2个疗程后，比较两组患者的临床疗效、症状积分、神经传导及不良反应发生率。 结果 治疗2个疗程后，观察组总有效率为90.00%，明显高于对照组的71.43%，差异有统计学意义(P 0.05)。 结论 相较于西医常规治疗，铺灸疗法明显提高了糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效，明显改善了患者临床症状及神经传导速度，且无明显不良反应发生，值得临床重视。

    [Abstract] Objective To investigate the effectiveness and safety of spread moxibustion in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy， to provide reference for clinical treatment.
