[摘要] 信息管理与信息系统专业是一门集管理学、经济学、计算机科学技术于一体的复合型专业。不同高校依据其传统特色，分别从系统开发、信息资源管理、经济信息管理、医药信息管理等方面形成了不同的人才培养模式。中医院校开设信息管理与信息系统专业时间不长，迄今为止，在人才培养和课程设置上，还普遍处于学习、探索阶段，尚未形成普适的、具有中医药特色的人才培养模式。本研究基于山东中医药大学信息管理与信息系统专业特色课程群——中医基础课程群、中医文化课程群和中医药信息化课程群的开设，结合多年教学实践，提出“让学生理解中医”“用中医文化塑造职业素养”“用信息化服务中医”的育人理念，为中医院校信息管理与信息系统专业的人才培养提供了可供借鉴的思路。
