    [摘要] 术后疼痛影响术后机体的恢复，有效控制疼痛是围术期管理的重要内容。与开腹手术相比，腹腔镜微创手术的切口小，切口疼痛较轻。但仍有多种因素造成腹腔镜手术术后除切口痛以外的疼痛反应，相关疼痛控制的问题需要注意和深入研究。不同患者的疼痛敏感性存在差异，疼痛控制需求也具有个体化差异；对于腹腔镜外科围术期疼痛控制，应当全面考虑成本、效果和安全性进行个体性分析。推荐选择包括局部切口止痛、全身镇痛的多模式镇痛方法。选择合适的止痛药物，达到有效止痛的同时，可以减少药物副作用的发生。

    [Abstract] Postoperative pain affects the recovery and effective pain control is important content of perioperative management. Compared laparoscopic surgery with open operation， incision is minimal and pain of incision is mild. But many factors make pain except incision pain， that may be worthy of attention and studying. Different patient has individual pain sensitivity and pain control requirements.
