    [摘要] 关节软骨缺损所带来的疼痛及关节活动障碍严重影响了患者的生活质量，组织工程技术应用于软骨缺损的修复成为研究的热点，为其治疗提供了新的思路。本文就种子细胞的要求、来源以及培养方法，生物支架的要求及类型，细胞生长调节因子进行综述，总结组织工程修复软骨缺损的研究进展。
