    [摘要] 目的 探究与分析综合护理干预对类风湿性关节炎患者心理障碍及疼痛的影响。 方法 选取哈尔滨医科大学附属第一医院2014年6月～2016年6月收治的类风湿性关节炎患者90例，采取随机数字表法分为常规护理组与综合护理干预组，每组各45例。对比两组治疗疗效、心理障碍改善情况及疼痛程度。 结果 与常规护理组相比，综合护理干预组临床总有效率较高，差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。两组护理后较护理前焦虑自评量表(SAS)及抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均降低；综合护理干预组与常规护理组相比，上述指标改善更显著，差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。两组护理后与护理前相比疼痛程度降低；综合护理干预组与常规护理组相比，上述指标改善更显著，差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。 结论 综合护理干预提高类风湿性关节炎的疗效，改善心理状态，缓解疼痛。
