股骨成形术预防老年髋部骨折的断裂分析
孙文涛++++++李鹏飞++++++林梓凌++++++何祥鑫++++++李红庚++++++鲁荣贵++++++冯莲影[摘要] 目的 基于断裂力学模拟股骨成形术前后股骨颈的断裂过程,分析骨水泥干预对老年骨质疏松性髋部骨折的疗效。 方法 选取1例骨质疏松股骨颈骨折的健侧髋部CT资料以Dicom格式保存,导入Mimics三维建模软件重建髋部骨骼有限元模型,将模型导入工程力学软件HYPERMESH划分网格、定义材料属性、设置边界条件,生成的为对照模型;在边界条件不变的情况下,对股骨颈区域内部的有限元网格重新定义材料属性,生成的为实验模型;分别将两个模型导入动力求解软件LS-DYNA中进行运算,比较动态断裂过程以及Von Mises云图。 结果 对照模型股骨颈断裂,骨折线由内下向外上方走行,Von Mises云图上显示股骨颈骨折部位应力较高;实验模型股骨颈部位未见明显骨折线,Von Mises云图上显示髋部骨骼周围应力较对照组明显降低。 结论 从生物力学角度上,股骨成形术对于预防骨质疏松性股骨颈骨折具有可行性、实用性,为临床运用提供参考依据。

[Abstract] Objective To analyze effect of bone cement intervention on osteoporotic hip fracture in elderly patients based on biomechanical simulation of femoral neck fracture before and after femoroplasty.
