    [摘要] 目的 探讨不同剂量恩度联合顺铂胸腔灌注治疗非小细胞肺癌恶性胸腔积液的临床效果。 方法 回顾性分析陕西省宝鸡市中心医院2012年2月～2017年1月收治的非小细胞肺癌恶性胸腔积液患者76例临床资料，依据治疗方式不同进行分组，治疗Ⅰ组36例和治疗Ⅱ组40例。观察两组患者治疗前后肺功能、血气分析、生活质量评分情况，观察两组患者近期疗效、毒性反应情况。 结果 治疗后，治疗Ⅰ组和治疗Ⅱ组第一秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、FEV1占预计值的百分比(FEV1%Pred)、FEV1/用力肺活量(FVC)、氧分压(PaO2)、躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能、共性症状评分均高于治疗前，二氧化碳分压(PaCO2)低于治疗前，差异有统计学意义(P 0.05)。 结论 60 mg恩度联合顺铂胸腔灌注治疗非小细胞肺癌恶性胸腔积液患者的肺功能和生活质量恢复良好，疗效明显，值得临床推广应用。
