    [摘要] 森田心理疗法诞生已近百年，对诸多的来访者起到了有效的治疗作用，然而在本土实践应用中也发现一些不足。长期的本土实践表明，在具体实施时，应考虑到本土特征，遵循“扬长避短、不拘形式、博采众长、与时俱进”的原则。在治疗对象的选择上，应针对有自知力和森田质性格的来访者，排除非心理治疗的对象。具体的治疗过程中，应以良好的治疗的关系为基础，建立起信任，并就问题是什么、问题的机制和问题的解决三个方面进行沟通交流，帮助来访者走过共感期、顺其自然期和陶冶期，最终实现与问题和平共处的目标。

    [Abstract] Morita psychotherapy has been arisen for nearly a hundred years and treated many clients effectively， but it has been also found some shortcomings during local practices. It indicates that local practice should take into account the local characteristics， which following the principle of "foster strengths and circumvent weaknesses， various forms， learn widely from others' strong points， advance with the times" in the concrete implementation. For the selecting of treatment object， it should be targeted the person who has self-aware and Morita Characterand eliminate the object of non-psychological treatment.
