金银花中木犀草苷的研究进展

    [摘要] 金银花为临床常用中药,具有清热解毒、抗炎、抗病毒等功能,被广泛应用于各种临床疾病的治疗。《中国药典》一部(2005版)将木犀草苷和绿原酸双成分作为金银花的质量控制指标。本文通过查阅相关文献,分析、归纳、总结近年来金银花中木犀草苷的报道,得出溶剂提取法、超声提取法、闪式提取法、超高压提取法、超临界流体萃取法和超声波辅助提取法6种提取方法,以及大孔树脂柱层析纯化方法、分子印迹技术纯化方法和聚酰胺柱层析分离法3种分离方法,并总结金银花中木犀草苷对呼吸系统、心血管系统的保护作用,及其抑菌、抗炎、抗病毒、抗肿瘤、抗皮肤老化、抗局部缺血的生物活性,以期为金银花的进一步开发利用提供参考。

    [Abstract] Lonicerae Japonicae Flos is commonly used in clinical medicine, with the function of clearing away heat and toxic materials and antiviral, which is widely used in the treatment of various clinical diseases. Luteoloside and chlorogenic acid were added to the 2005 edition of Chinese Pharmacopoeia as the indicators of the quality control of Lonicerae Japonicae Flos. In this paper, six extraction methods such as solvent extraction, ultrasonic extraction, flash extraction, ultra-high pressure extraction, supercritical fluid extraction and ultrasonic-assisted extraction were summarized, and macroporous resin column chromatography purification method, the molecular imprinting technology purification method and polyamide column chromatography method were used to separate luteoloside from Lonicerae Japonicae Flos by reviewing the related literatures in recent years ......
