    [摘要] 苦丁茶是我国民间的一种传统用药，富含三萜类、黄酮类、多酚类、挥发油以及多糖等多种有效物质成分，具有防治心血管疾病、抗氧化、降血脂以及抗病毒等保健及药用功效。为更好地开发和利用其药用价值，本文综述了近年来苦丁茶主要化学有效成分及其药理活性的研究进展，以期为进一步研究和开发苦丁茶提供参考。

    [Abstract] Ilex kudingcha C.J. Tseng is widely used as a traditional pharmacy in our country， which is rich in triterpenes， flavonoids， polyphenolic， volatile oil， polysaccharide and many other effective constituents， with the health-care and medicinal effects of prevention and treatment of cardiovascular disease， antioxidation， reducing blood fat and anti-virus. In order to develop and utilize its medicinal value， this paper presents a review of the recent progress in chemical constituents and pharmacological activities to provide references for the development and further study of Ilex kudingcha C.J. Tseng.
