某集团化医院人员招聘模式的实践探讨

    [摘要] 人员招聘是集团化医院以人才需求为目的的重要工作任务,是医院加强新进人才队伍建设和青年人才培养的首要环节。本文通过对安徽省立医院集团人员招聘方式进行实践探讨,总结出一套行之有效的医院人员招聘模式。对现行集团医院人员招聘实施现状以及招聘过程中存在的问题及对策、所取得的成效等方面进行分析得出,高素质职工的招聘是促进医院综合实力提升、带动医教研发展的根本所在,通过招聘注入新鲜血液从而提升集团医院整体实力。结合医院人员招聘实践,对存在的问题进行分析总结,逐步使医院招聘形成规模化、规范化和程序化。进一步完善集团医院人员招聘制度,为其他医院人才招聘提供借鉴模式。

    [Abstract] Recruitment is an important task for collectivized hospitals to meet their demands of talents. It is also a primary step for the hospital to strengthen and cultivate the new staffs team. This article analyzes the recruitment method of a collectivized hospital in Anhui Province, and demonstrates a set of effective recruitment model for collectivized hospitals. Through analyzing the current situation of recruitment, the problems and countermeasures in the recruitment process, and results achieved in collectivized hospitals, this paper concludes that high-quality recruitment of staffs is the fundamental for promotion of hospital comprehensive strength and the development of medical teaching and research. Recruiting the best staffs can bring new blood to hospital and enhance its comprehensive strength. The article suggests that should look into the practice of medical staffs recruitment ......
