    [摘要] 目的 对景天三七(Sedum aizoon L.)茎叶的化学成分进行研究。 方法 采用70%乙醇对景天三七干燥茎叶进行提取，乙醇总浸膏用水混悬，依次用石油醚、氯仿、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇萃取，利用硅膠柱色谱，Sephadex LH-20柱色谱和制备高效液相色谱等手段进行分离纯化，根据理化性质和波谱数据对化合物进行结构鉴定。 结果 从景天三七茎叶的70%乙醇提取物的正丁醇层萃取物中分离得到9个化合物，分别鉴定为山柰酚-3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(1)、杨梅素-3-O-α-L-吡喃阿拉伯糖苷(2)、槲皮素-3-O-α-L-吡喃阿拉伯糖苷(3)、草质素-3-O-α-L-吡喃阿拉伯糖苷(4)、woodorien(5)、vanilloloside(6)、benzy-1-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(7)、苯乙醇-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(8)、benzylethyl-O-β-D-xylopyranosyl-(1→2)-β-D-glucopyranoside(9)。 结论 化合物4为未见文献报道的新化合物，化合物6～9均为首次从景天属植物中分离得到。

    [Abstract] Objective To study the chemical constituents in the stems and leaves of Sedum aizoon L. Methods The stems and leaves of Sedum aizoon L. was extracted with 70% ethyl alcohol to give ethanol extracts， which was further diluted by H2O and extracted with petroleum ether， chloroform， EtOAc and n-BuOH， respectively. They were isolated and purified by silica gel column chromatography， Sephadex LH-20 gel column chromatography and high performance liquid chromatography methods. The structures were elucidated based on the physic-chemical characters and spectral analysis.
