    [摘要] 抑郁症是一种常见的情感障碍疾病，抗抑郁药物的应用能显著改善抑郁症状，是目前临床上治疗抑郁症的最主要方式。由于在抗抑郁药物基础上合理加用其他药物能显著提高抑郁症的治愈率，因此联合用药是目前临床医生常用的治疗方法。本文系统地阐述了抗抑郁药物联合用药的现状，为合理选用联合用药方案提供了新的依据。

    [Abstract] Depression is a common affective disorder disease， the application of antidepressants can improve the symptoms of depression significantly， which is the main way to treat depression in clinical practice currently. A reasonable addition of other drugs on the basis of antidepressants can significantly improve the cure rate of depression， so the combination of drugs is commonly used in the treatment of clinicians. This article systematically expounds the status of antidepressant drugs in combination， for the rational use of combined drug regimen provides new basis.

    抑郁症是目前临床上比较常见的情感障碍疾病，主要表现为情绪低落、兴趣缺乏、乐趣丧失三个核心症状，并可伴有焦虑、自罪自责等心理症状群及睡眠、食欲紊乱等躯体症状群[1]。预计到2020年，抑郁症将成为全球疾病负担的第二大疾病[2]。在抑郁症越来越希望获得临床痊愈的情况下，更多患者需要接受两种或两种以上药物的联合治疗[3]，因此抗抑郁药物的联合用药以提高痊愈率是临床医生普遍采用的治疗方式[4] ......
