    [摘要] 目的 觀察强直性脊柱炎(AS)患者外周血Treg细胞与淋巴细胞各亚群的变化及HLA-B27的表达，探讨各自在AS患者发展中的作用。 方法 应用流式细胞学方法，选取2013年2月～2016年12月于无锡市第二人民医院骨科和风湿科就诊的AS患者131例为AS组，选取健康体检者127例为正常对照组，进行外周血Treg细胞、淋巴细胞亚群、HLA-B27的检测，分析Treg细胞、淋巴细胞亚群、HLA-B27与AS患者的关系。 结果 131例AS组中HLA-B27检测阳性为123例(93.89%)，正常对照组中HLA-B27检测阳性为2例(1.57%)，差异有统计学意义(P 0.05)。 结论 HLA-B27与AS有强相关性。外周血中淋巴细胞各亚群组分在AS与正常对照组中存在明显差异。同时外周血中Treg细胞在AS患者中明显降低。以上发现提示细胞免疫和体液免疫可能在AS中发挥重要作用。
