    [摘要] 目的 探讨针刺奇穴结合中药熏洗治疗血栓性外痔的临床效果。 方法 回顾性分析2014年1月～2015年12月陕西中医药大学附属医院肛肠科治疗的201例血栓性外痔患者资料，根据治疗方案分为针药组、针刺组和中药组，每组各67例。在治疗2个疗程后，根据疗效标准，重点依据临床症状、治疗后VAS评分以及复发情况，并进行对比评价。结果 针刺组总有效率73.85%；中药组总有效率79.69%；针药组总有效率91.15%；针药组与针刺组比较，差异有统计学意义(P 0.05)。治疗第3、7、14天疼痛评分均较治疗前明显降低(P 0.05)。 结论 针刺奇穴结合中药熏洗治疗血栓性外痔效果显著，操作简单，是一种治疗血栓性外痔的好方法。

    [Abstract] Objective To explore the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with herb fumigation in the treatment of external hemorrhoids. Methods The clinical data of 201 patients with external hemorrhoids in the Affiliated Hospital of Shaanxi University of Chinese Medicine， from January 2014 to December 2015 were reviewed. They were divided into acupuncture group， Chinese medicine group and acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine group according to therapies， with 67 cases in each group. 2 courses after treatment， the efficacy criteria， focusing on clinical symptoms and VAS score and recurrence after treatment， and comparative evaluation were compared. Results The total effective rate was 73.85% in the acupuncture group and 79.69% in the Chinese medicine group.
