磁敏感加权成像测量脑铁沉积在帕金森病中的临床应用
贺娟 呼日乐特木尔 韩晓东[摘要] 目的 通过磁敏感加权成像技术(SWI)定量研究帕金森病(PD)脑铁沉积,探讨其临床应用价值。 方法 收集2010年6月~2016年6月于内蒙古医科大学附属医院神经内科诊治的40例帕金森病患者为PD组,另选同期健康志愿者20例为对照组(NC组)。所有PD患者进行Hoehn&Yahr分级,分期≤1.5为早期组(PD1组)23例,分期>1.5为中晚期(PD2组)组17例。采用3.0TMR系统对各组中脑核团行常规MRI平扫和SWI序列扫描,分别测量各核团位相值,并对测量结果进行比较和相关性分析。 结果 PD组与NC组双侧尾状核(CN)、苍白球(GP)、双侧壳核(PU)、红核(RN)、黑质(SN)相位值比较均有所增加,提示有较多的铁沉积。PD1组、PD2组与NC组中SN、GP和RN的相位值比较,差异有统计学意义(P 0.05);PD2组SN、GP、CN相位值与NC组比较,差异有统计学意义(P 0.05)。 结论 SWI可反映脑内铁沉积,可以通过测量相关脑核团信号强度并计算出相位值以评价脑铁沉积,为PD患者的辅助诊断与治疗提供一定帮助。

[Abstract] Objective To clinical value of iron deposition in brain of Parkinson disease (PD) by susceptibility weighted imaging (SWI).
