    [摘要] 目的 探討胃复春片联合埃索美拉唑治疗老年慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)效果及对患者血清炎性因子水平的影响。 方法 选取2016年1～12月于青海省第五人民医院消化内科住院的100例老年CAG患者作为观察对象，按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，每组各50例。两组均给予常规治疗，对照组则在常规治疗的基础上给予埃索美拉唑治疗，观察组在对照组基础上联合胃复春片治疗。观察两组患者临床疗效，比较两组患者治疗前后血清炎性因子水平，记录两组患者治疗过程中有无不良反应发生。 结果 观察组总有效率明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P 0.05)。 结论 胃复春片联合埃索美拉唑治疗老年CAG效果良好，能够提高治疗有效率，减轻炎性反应，且不增加不良反应发生率，临床上值得应用。

    [Abstract] Objective To investigate the curative efficacy of Weifuchun Tablets in combination with Esomeprazol in treating elderly patients with chronic atrophic gastritis (CAG) and its effects on serum inflammatory factors. Methods From January to December 2016， 100 elderly patients with CAG in the Department of Gastroenterology， the Fifth People's Hospital of Qinghai Province were selected and divided into control group and observation group by random number table， with 50 cases in each group. Both groups were treated with routine therapy， besides， the control group was treated with Esomeprazole， and the observation group was treated with Weifuchun Tablets based on the control group therapy. The clinical efficacy of the two groups were observed. The levels of serum inflammatory factors between the two groups before and after treatment were compared.
