    [摘要] 面对基层医疗单位高素质病理技术人才匮乏的现实，肇庆医学高等专科学校针对医学检验技术专业开设了病理检验技术辅修课程。通过优化教学内容、整合利用校内外教学资源、实施模块教学、结合理实一体化教学、网络辅助教学、开放实验室等多种形式的教学，很好地激发了学生的学习兴趣，有效训练了学生实际动手能力、探索分析能力、自主学习及沟通协作能力等。系统的课程学习让学生初步掌握病理技术岗位基本知识和技能，增强高职医学生自身的就业竞争力。

    [Abstract] To meet the desperate need of high-quality pathological technicians in basic-level medical units， pathology laboratory technology has been opened in Zhaoqing Medical College for the students majoring in medical laboratory technology. In the course， various new teahing means and methods such as optimized the teaching contents， integrated on-and-off-campus resourses， module teaching， integration of theory and practice teaching， network teaching and opening laboratory， have greatly aroused the students′ interest in learning and effectively developed their practical ability， exploring ability， autonomous learning ability and communicative and cooperative ability.
