肺癌全基因组关联研究进展

杨兴礼+++++付永全++++++刘小军++++++张玮++++++陶涛[摘要] 近年来,肺癌全基因组关联研究不断在世界各地实施,研究对象从最初的单一欧洲人群到扩大至多种族多中心的人群,并逐步根据吸烟、性别、污染、药物作用等背景情况作了细分研究。近年来高密度芯片/测序技术的应用帮助研究人员发现了一系列在不同背景下,和不同肿瘤类型相关的基因位点突变,有部分有一定的健康和临床指导价值。本文对近年来肺癌全基因组关联发现的染色体遗传易感基因多态位点进行总结,作此综述。

[Abstract] In the last decade, there have been numerous genome-wide association studies for lung cancer. The studies′ target population have expanded from Caucasians to multi-racial, incorporating the disease and genetic relations with environment factors, such as smoking, air pollution, gender and drug effects for deeper understandings. Through these studies, researchers discover series of genetic mutations related to different cancer types using high-density microarray and next generation sequencing technologies. Some of these mutation findings have high values in health management and clinical usages. This article systemic reviews current genome-wide association studies for lung cancer. ......
