    [摘要] 在“互联网+”和大健康产业时代背景下，本文探讨地方院校制药类专业通过合适转型发展路径培养具有创新创业能力人才，以期适应市场经济发展要求。根据市场发展需求设置制药本科和高职两个专业，以学生为中心，重塑中药文化氛围，培养学生健康的人格。实施以实践案例和项目任务为导向的专业课程教学和“厂中有校”实践教学。充分挖掘制药企业行业资源，使专业获得持续发展的动力。加强双师型师资队伍建设，凝练专业优势和特色建设。改革考试和人才成长质量评价方式，培养“过程+结果”的具有创新创业能力应用型技术人才。
