    [摘要] 目的 了解南京医科大学第二附属医院(以下简称“我院”)围术期质子泵抑制剂的使用情况，对存在的不合理现象进行分析，为围术期质子泵抑制剂的合理使用提供参考。 方法 查阅我院2016年7月～2017年1月出院患者病历，选择其中围术期使用质子泵抑制剂的患者259例，统计并分析其质子泵抑制剂使用情况。 结果 259例患者质子泵抑制剂均为静脉给药，其中165例(63.7%)无应激性溃疡风险因素，属无指征用药；给药频次不合理137例(52.9%)；平均用藥疗程为4.59 d。259例患者中质子泵抑制剂费用占药品总费用的5.63%，占住院总费用的1.98%，其中，无指征使用质子泵抑制剂的费用占质子泵抑制剂总费用的47.7%。 结论 我院围术期无适应证使用质子泵抑制剂的比例较高，且存在给药频次和用药疗程不合理的情况，需加强管理，规范质子泵抑制剂的使用。
