    [摘要] 国家的教育事业和医疗水平在不断进步，然而当前的医患关系却处于一种紧张状态，高校医院也不例外。本文以高校医院现状为出发点，从医疗大环境、医院、医务人员、就诊师生等方面分析了高校医院医患关系紧张的原因，并提出了构建和谐医患关系的具体举措：确立高校医院职能定位及发展方向、提高医务人员医疗技术水平、完善医疗设施建设、加强医患沟通4个方面。
