    [摘要] 小檗碱是异喹啉生物碱，最初作为广谱抗菌药应用于临床治疗假膜性肠炎、慢性胃炎、消化性溃疡、肺炎等疾病，近年来随着对小檗碱药理作用的深入研究，其抗炎机制逐渐成为研究的热点。本文就近年来国内外小檗碱的临床抗炎机制及研究现状作一简要综述，为小檗碱抗炎机制提供理论依据。
