    [摘要] 体质学的临床应用研究逐渐成为中医学领域公认的热点之一。但是，目前的体质相关研究有广度而深度不足，问题主要存在于如何理解体质与证的概念、规范辨识方法及临床应用3个方面。是以，抓住体质的内涵，使体质辨识方法多元化，朝宏观与微观相结合的方向发展，使之达到主观与客观相结合、宏观与微观相结合是目前中医体质学研究的主要方向。
