    [摘要] 本文阅读有关臀小肌筋膜疼痛症文献，发现臀小肌激痛点多位于肌腹中点的规律，以此设计针刀前后侧治疗入路，在放松姿势技术下准确定位所有激痛点，行针刀靶点治疗。分析影响针刀疗效的臀小肌解剖规律、激痛点完全靶点治疗、激痛点康复、营养等因素，旨在提出以解剖学规律指导针刀治疗臀小肌筋膜疼痛症的重要性，为临床上针刀治疗臀小肌筋膜疼痛症提供参考。

    [Abstract] This paper reviews the literatures on gluteus minimus myofascial pain syndrome， and finds the rule that most of the trigger points of gluteus minimus are located in the middle of muscle belly， on basis of which， the anterior and posterior treatment approaches of acupotomy are designed， and all the trigger points are located accurately under relaxing posture technique， then the target treatment of acupotomy is taken.
