    [摘要] 桡骨茎突狭窄性腱鞘炎是一种慢性非特异性炎症性疾病，以局部疼痛和腕关节活动受限为主要临床特征，严重影响患者的生活质量。该病发病机制复杂，目前尚未有较好的治疗策略。体外冲击波是近年运用于该病的新型物理治疗方法，具有非入侵、操作简便、安全廉价等诸多优势，目前正逐步运用于桡骨茎突狭窄性腱鞘炎。本文就桡骨茎突狭窄性腱鞘炎的发病机制，体外冲击波的作用机制及其治疗桡骨茎突狭窄性腱鞘炎的研究进展进行综述。

    [Abstract] The radial styloid tenosynovitis is a chronic non-specific inflammatory， which local pain and limited wrist movement are mainly clinical features. It seriously affects patients′ live quality. The pathogenesis of this disease is complex， and there is no better treatment strategy. Recently， extracorporeal shock wave (ESW) is a new physical therapy in this disease， which is non-invasion， simple operation， safe and cheap and so on， and is being gradually applied to the radial styloid stenosing tenosynovitis. In this research， the pathogenesis of radial styloid stenosing tenosynovitis， research progress of ESW and treatment of stenosing tenosynovitis of the radial styloid wave were reviewed.
